Service Preparation
Below you'll find steps to take in preparation for our visit.
Residential General Pests
Please allow up to 2 hours for your appointment on the day, however this will vary depending on the size of your home and the degree of infestation
The technician will speak to you on arrival and run through the problems you're facing and their treatment plan
The technician will then conduct a site assessment and safety pre start before commencing work

The below items will provide optimal conditions for us to conduct a thorough treatment.
​
- Walk around the exterior of your house (including your garage) and remove any items such as shoes, children's toys, pet food, toys and water (to avoid chemicals landing on these items)
- Remove any animal droppings from the yard
- Take washing off the clothes line
- Ensure free access to manhole
- Ensure any fish tanks or reptile tanks are covered (to avoid chemicals landing on these items)
- Close doors and windows whilst we are on site
- DO NOT remove evidence of the pest problems (e.g. leave spider webs / ant mounds in place)
Residential German Cockroaches
Please allow up to 4 hours for your appointment on the day, however this will vary depending on the size of your home and the degree of infestation

The technician will then conduct a site assessment and safety pre start before commencing work

The below items will provide optimal conditions for us to conduct a thorough treatment.

- Empty all your cupboards, pantry and draws from your kitchen, place items together close by and covered
- Keep all small electrical appliances from your kitchen in place
- Ensure any fish tanks or reptile tanks are covered (to avoid chemicals landing on these items)
- DO NOT remove evidence of the pest problems (e.g. leave dead cockroaches in their place)
End of Lease / Vacate Flea Treatment (Bond Fumigation)
Please allow up to 1 hour for your appointment on the day, however this will vary depending on the size of your home and the degree of infestation
The technician will conduct a site assessment and safety pre start before commencing work

The below items will provide optimal conditions for us to conduct a thorough treatment.
​
- House must be fully vacant before treatment
- For maximum efficacy, we request the treatment be done after your vacate clean
